After completing high school, Brad joined the Southern Institutes Auto Body Repair course. He spent 6 months training with the institute before completing a apprenticeship and gaining 1st place in 2003. Through the years he has climbed the ladder learning everything he could in everything from repairs and estimating to administration, before finally taking the leap to start Camlynn Panel Repairs in 2016.

Growing up around cars naturally lead Jayson on a career path in the automotive industry. After a few years working as an automotive dismantler, he joined the team in early 2021 to gain hands on skills, with hopes of gaining a NZ Certificate in Collision Repairs through an apprenticeship. He has a large involvement in motor sports, bringing a wide range of existing skills with him to the team.

Working behind the scenes, Anna provides administrative and marketing support for the business, helping to keep everything organised and running efficiently. She has been part of the Camlynn Panel Repairs journey from the very beginning, helping establish the business and supporting its continued growth over the years.
